Randy Cassotto, OWNER & TOOLMAKER

I graduated from Westfield State University with a BA in music in 2001 and subsequently moved to Utah in 2003.  It was then I apprenticed with RPT, Keith Kopp while studying the Randi Potter School of Piano Technology. I simultaneously worked for Craft Supplies, a prominent woodturning company in Provo, Utah in 2005. It was then I made my first levers for my piano service business.

I served as the concert piano technician for Infinity Hall in Norfolk, CT from 2009-2015, working directly with Jim Brickman (as his personal technician in Nashville, TN), Dave Brubeck, Chick Corea, John Legend, etc.

During the downtime of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, I decided to turn my passion of creating levers into a full-fledged tool business with multiple machining companies, engineers, designers, & metallurgists working together with me as a team.
